I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds offered on a case by case basis only. No refunds will be made unless purchased items arrive damaged or the order is incorrect. Refunds will be made within 7-14 days of the purchase date. Custom-made, seasonal items or sale items are final sales and not eligible for returns or refunds. Everything is handmade/handcrafted by me and everything will have slight variations.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, seasonal collections or personalized items. No exchanges may be made. All jewelry and all other handmade items such as fidgets or custom orders have imperfections and they aren't perfect, but they are perfectly handmade.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
